I'm an Agile coach, I help our internal project teams and customers adopt a more Agile approach to their software development and delivery. It can be a tough job, when we run Scrum training courses some people are enthused, other are more sceptical with an "it'll never work here" attitude.

What I love about the job is when the penny finally drops, people start to get it and more importantly projects that have stalled in the past start to deliver. On the project floor you can hear the change, there's a real energy and buzz in the place.
