I work for Conchango India as a technical enthusiast and have been developing and leading software teams for the last 8 years. I believe that 'People' are the key to a company's success and not all companies truly understand that.

After spending a year and a half at Conchango, I am proud to say that not only does Conchango understand the importance of 'People' but also truly implements this and invests in them.
