In the performance measurement team I look to define, investigate and improve the true benefits of any programme, be it online, offline or 'beyond the browser'. I architect and implement web analytic and behavioral targeting solutions that learn from user activity delivering customize content.
Personally I think all applications should be created equally, be accessible, search optimized and offer insight to measure success.
