Bob Morton FCA, aged 65 (Non-Executive Chairman). Bob is a chartered accountant and successful entrepreneur with substantial public company experience. He is currently chairman of a number of public and listed companies including Armour Group plc, Servoca plc, Tenon Group plc and St Peter Port Capital Limited. In addition, he holds directorships in a wide range of private companies.

Richard Thwaite, aged 47 (Joint Chief Executive). Richard has worked in the IT industry since graduating from Loughborough University of Technology in 1982. Following 8 years in IT sales he jointly founded the Conchango business in 1991 and is involved in the day to day running of the business.

Michael Altendorf, aged 45 (Joint Chief Executive). Michael began his IT career in 1984 after graduating from Loughborough University of Technology. He founded Conchango with Richard Thwaite in 1991. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation and winning new business.

Alan Griffin FCA, aged 55 (Finance Director). Alan qualified as a chartered accountant in 1976 and following overseas audit assignments he joined Pannell Kerr Forster's corporate finance department in 1982. He served as group finance controller at Craton Lodge and Knight Group plc from 1984 to 1990. He joined Conchango as finance director in 2000.

Richard Poole, aged 37 (Executive Director). Richard graduated from Imperial College London with a BEng (Hons) in 1991. He joined Andersen Consulting in 1992 as a management consultant and subsequently joined Conchango in 2000 and currently serves as head of the Business Consulting division.

John Herring aged 50 (Non-Executive Director). John is a chartered accountant who qualified with Deloitte & Touche. He spent many years in investment banking and was a corporate finance director at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson prior to establishing his own London-based corporate finance boutique. He is currently non-executive deputy chairman of JD Wetherspoon plc, the managed pub company, a non-executive director of Workplace Systems International plc, a software company, and an associate of Corbett Keeling Limited, a corporate advisory company.
